Grievance Form
Grievances are handled by your site grievance representative. Grievances are to be reviewed by LTA before being filed for
Level I with your site administrator and LTA. Elementary grievances are reviewed by Linda George. Secondary grievances are
reviewed by Rob Lovan. Grievances must be a violation of our contract, ed code, or law. If they are not they are not
a grievance. In filling out a grievance it is of the utmost importance that the proper Article(s), Ed Code, etc. be
cited in the grievance. All documentation must be attached to the grievance and three copies are to be filed, to the administrator,
to the grievant, and to LTA.
